Richard Williams
A three-time All-American football player, stands 6' 3" tall and weighs 395-lbs. It was during college that Richard developed a love for strength training and power-lifting. His passion for strength training along with his super human strength has lead him to achieve major milestones in his sport.

At the 2010 Arnold Classic, Richard accomplished something no one in history had ever done before. While testing his grip strength, he closed a No. 3 and No. 3.5 Captains of Crush Gripper. He went on to leave a trail of destruction in his wake at the same show. If it was a feat of grip strength that nobody had been able to do before, Rich smashed through the barrier. He lifted the 202-lb. Circus Dumbbell, three-inch handle and all.

Richard continues to train hard daily, preparing for his next competitions. He is also an elementary school teacher and lives with his wife and son in Columbia, SC.

Richard's favorite verse:
"Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you."
- Psalm 37:5
