Randall, A.K.A “The Bear” Harris, is the 2002 IPF Jr. World Champion Powerlifter. He won this first place title in Sothia, Russia. And was the first American to ever accomplish this in the heavyweight division.

Randall was also the National Collegiate champion in powerlifting. He lifted over 2000lbs. in three lifts. He has bench pressed over 705 lbs. and squatted over 904 lbs. Randall received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas where he excelled in academics as well as football and powerlifting.

Big Randall truly is a gentle bear with a great sense of humor. He and his wife Ernestine live in Lancaster, TX with their young son.
